> **Inconvénients**: I didn't like an experience I had with a real estate agent on Redfin. The agent deeply undervalued my property. And when I didn't agree the agent had an attitude as if I was incorrect. However, I have previously been an agent so I knew the property's worth. I know Redfin cuts down the percentage, but I didnt want to cut down the value of the home. I had it appraised and the appraisal matched my estimation, not the agents. The agent appeared to want a quick sale through devaluation. And when I asked for a new agent it was almost impossible to get them to switch. In fact, they never did switch the agent. So I would not use their agent format. However, I would def still use their rental listing, and home search.

> **Avantages**: This software is extremely user friendly. Does not require much of a learning curve as it is very straight forward and functions flawlessly. Very informative with as much information about the property as you would need. Realtors are constantly updating descriptions when they visit the homes. Data is updated very often which is very convenient so you know which properties are available in real time. You can save various searches and get real time updates on changes made to your selections. You can adjust notifications as you see fit depending on where you are in the home search process. The open house feature is convenient as it allows you to see a list of open houses and times in the areas you are searching.

> **Inconvénients**: Because there are so many realtors working for the company, it is difficult to get in contact with the same person each time. I wish there was a way to customize settings that would allow you to personalize your experience more. Some changes to settings drastically limit the homes you can see when you are searching. Would love for there to be a rental option in case someone is deciding between purchase and rentals.
