It is quick to learn and very intuitive, so it was easy to jump right in and start using it (which I did more than 20 years ago). The price is very reasonable considering all it offers, and the fact that upgrades are a fraction of the full price, so it's easy to keep the program up to date without breaking the bank. In addition to writing scenes and dialog, it has tools to analyze your beat structure, track your characters, and other developmental necessities in creating a good script. And the Customer Support team is very responsive, answering any questions I have had usually within a day, sometimes within a couple of hours. > > **Inconvénients**: Sometimes I get caught in what I call "tab hell," which is when I have to manually make a choice about a section (action, dialog, parenthetical) instead of the tab doing the work for me, and a chunk of my formatting goes a little haywire.
