Bon outils de visio Conférence

Commentaires : Logiciel de visio que j'utilise depuis 2020 très régulièrement sans aucun souci. Juste le tchat mériterait d'être amélioré.

Avantages :

Outils sécurisé permettant de participer avec un grand nombre de participants dans de bonne conditions

Inconvénients :

Logiciel un peu lourd à télécharger et à installer

Meilleure logiciel

Avantages :

C'est une application très simple et qui aide beaucoup

Inconvénients :

Je n'apprécie pas le faites que sa consomme trop concernant la connexion

Un MSN 2.0

Commentaires : Jabber me rappelle beaucoup MSN. On y gagne en surface utilisable sur le bureau (avec le téléphone en moins). Je l'utilise principalement lorsque je suis en déplacement ou en télétravail. A noter que l'intégration google agenda ou microsoft outlook est possible.

Avantages :

Une fenêtre réduite sur le bureau. Les avantages de la ligne fixe sans les inconvénients. Peu s'utiliser en déplacement.

Inconvénients :

Les mentalité sont difficiles à changer en entreprise. Certains sont nostalgiques du téléphone physique qui est ici remplacé par un micro/casque.

Avantages :

Tous nos appels passent directement par Jabber sur nos postes de travailPlus d'appareils encombrants sur nos bureaux !

Inconvénients :

Il est parfois difficile de changer d'utilisateur sur les postes de travail. On tourne en rond quelques minutes et on finit par avoir la bonne page malgré la réinitialisation

Logiciel de gestion

Avantages :

Ce logiciel est un outil collaboratif.Ça permet la gestion des réunions en ligne. C'est un logiciel de visioconférence.

Inconvénients :

Aucun inconvénient pour ce logiciel. J'apprécie ce logiciel qui est mis en place.Je demande à tous mes proches d'utiliser.

Outil de communication qui est ancien

Avantages :

rapidité de mise en place. il est très simple d'utilisation ca rappel un peu les vieux logiciels de messagerie instantanée

Inconvénients :

c'est un logiciel d'un autre temps, il est un peu dépasser par rapport à d'autre logiciel plus complet.

Un très bon outil de téléphonie par ordinateur

Avantages :

Nous utilisons Cisco Jabber pour remplacer la téléphonie classique, en complément de Teams. Le résultat est exactement le même qu'avec un téléphone, on peut appeler des collègues dans l'entreprise, ou bien à l'extérieur. Il est également possible de faire des conférences à plusieurs. Il est simple à utiliser, c'est une petite fenêtre sur laquelle on cherche son correspondant ou bien on tape le numéro souhaité. L'outil, dans son ensemble, est donc très ergonomique.

Inconvénients :

Peu de problème rencontrés avec cet outil. Quelques blocages peut-être dus à des mises à jour, mais dans ce cas le fait de redémarrer l'ordinateur fait refonctionner l'ensemble correctement.

Messagerie veillotte qui s'est laissé dépassé

Commentaires : Globalement il y'a dix ans j'en etait satisafait mais aujourd'hui elle est completement dépassé

Avantages :

Une belle messagerie il y'a 10. permet de passer des appels vers des mobiles et des fixes dans le monde. gestion des conversations et des appels de groupe

Inconvénients :

Interface pas du tout intuitive, Fonction de base payante, gestion des groupes complexes, partage d'ecrans complexe à mettre en œuvre. Aucune intégration avec l'écosystème Microsoft 365

Messagerie d'un autre temps

Commentaires : Expérience globalement négative.

Permet de communiquer en temps réel De créer des groupe et de partager son écran

Inconvénients :

L'interface est d'une autre époque Ses fonctionnalités sont un peu brouillon

With the instant team messaging both voice and video calls, I feel that this software serves it's purpose to satisfaction.

Commentaires : My overall experience with Cisco Jabber can be described as frustrating. The platform has the potential to but it does not live up to expectations. The platform's interface is clunky and non-intuitive, making it challenging to navigate through its various features. Messaging and real-time notifications frequently suffer from delays and failures, and collaboration tools, such as screen sharing and file sharing get too many glitches. File sharing is slow and and most important of all, video conferencing suffers from really poor video quality, dropping calls, and audio-video synch issues.

Avantages :

It can have potential. In theory it offers a comprehensive suite of communication and collaboration tools that can be valuable for businesses seeking to streamline their operations and enhance remote work capabilities. Customer service is not too bad either.

Inconvénients :

It just feels old. It suffers from plenty of issues, from unreliable messaging & notifications to a simply bad user interface. Too many glitches/crashes for a tool that should be making your work-life balance better.

Jabbing with Jabber

Commentaires : Overall Jabber has been a great add-on to keep up with business while away from my desk. Definitely worth a test run to anyone who doesn't want to sit and wait for calls, etc...

Avantages :

Jabber is useful when out of the office, whether on or off-site. Works about 90% of the time when off-site.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes inconsistent, even when on-site with local wifi but could be an internal issue - yet to be resolved.

Avantages :

Integration across the company with internal messaging.

It lags sometimes which makes things difficult with speed and productivity.

Very simple and basic, focus on chat collaboration

Avantages :

Cisco Jabber is very easy to use and intuitive, very simple so you can immediately chat and see the status of other users.

Inconvénients :

It is very basic, both in layout and in usage. There is no the opportunity of inserting images in the chat (e.g. print screen) or smiles or whatever. Also, I don't like that much the fact that you cannot see the previous chat maybe in other days since the data and the message are not saved.

Jabber is a good instant messenger software

I like the ability to have video chats while sharing my screen to talk through potential issues with an app.

Inconvénients :

The only thing I found that I didn't like about Jabber is the emojis being cartoonish. I would prefer them to be a little more professional.

with Jabber I can see in real time the availability of colleagues

it is managed an on-premise tool, it is not managed in cloud

Good to use Cisco Jabber for Meetings, internal chat and conferences.

Commentaires : reduced time between users to ask for some information and have meetings from each desk.

Avantages :

Is easy to use, users didn't have a lot of training to learn how to use it, they find some features by themselves. Also we have it synchronized with Webex for external meetings.

Inconvénients :

The implementation it was complicated, they help us a lot with the server installation and synchronization with phones, but after that, we saw there are many features, a little confuse.

Commentaires : my over all experience using cisco jabber since my company using it everyday for meetings cisco is the best no lags especially on the audio clear and loud

What I like the most using cisco is more easy to used than the other application that I used even if you are not tech savvy you will easily manage how to used it

well for me if they will add more filter it will be lovely plus adding different sounds notification will be better

It works really well like an office phone over VPN, it saves money opposed to regular phone bills & one can call anywhere.

Inconvénients :

Depending on your internet provider, you can experience disconnections.
