The Product is user friendly, it can be integrated with a big number of platforms and especially the well known ones. the features are so powerful and the AI engine is very advanced.

Inconvénients :

The reporting tool satisfies most of the recruiters needs but can be enhanced to be more powerful and authorize the user to extract easily all the needed information.

We are able to assess hundreds of shortlisted candidates with a couple of clicks.It’s a great tool that we are also using to assess our internal employees to detect gaps and plan the training accordingly

With EVA-SSESS, i dont have to worry about cultural or skills fit anymore. This tool has the very best psychometric report and scientifically validated. it demonstrate all the verbal cues that i have never been able to detect in a traditional interview.

Inconvénients :

Honestly, nothing is missing. The tool doesn't let you even think twice. even the number of retakes the candidates can take to answer a question.
