Their price structure was different than most other companies which worked well for us. The idea of growing a company assisted by a company who supports the same beliefs was also instrumental.

> **Avantages**: So many things\!  I love the fact that now the owners can book and cancel their dog walks - I feel it takes away a lot of the concern of putting in a wrong date for a client.  A huge one for me is the invoicing - it was a nightmare in the past and I fell behind - with PetPocketBook it does it all for me - what a huge weight off my shoulders.  I also love that I can read all the notes and see the photos that my dogwalkers leave for our clients.  And I love that our clients are really enjoying getting the updates and photos as well - very good feedback from them\!  It does exactly what I needed it to do and I couldn't be happier\!

> **Inconvénients**: It's really hard to think of something - honestly right now I can't think of anything.  The only thing that I could suggest is a way to put in the dog walkers time off - but it was pretty simple to find a work around.

> It's been a wonderful experience right from my first point of contact and ongoing - the people at PetPocketBook are super - the training was very thorough and in one weekend I was able to have us up and running and using the program on Monday after having my training on Thursday or Friday
