We love the way you can upload multiple photos onto work orders, giving the team the ability to record a pre and post-repair images.

> **Inconvénients**: There is a lot of things Zoidii does and it simply takes time to get everything going.  We focused on getting the notification system going first as we had an immediate use\!  The rest of the features will just take time as we continue to learn and discover within the system.

> So far, it has been outstanding\!  If there is an issue; I get answers in a very timely fashion.  The system is very easy to use.  If your team can use social media; they can use Zoidii.
