It keeps our operations super organized all the way through and provides our staff with the data they need to make decisions and keep customers serviced. > > **Inconvénients**: The software platform called SCiX used to interact with the platform is a bit clunky and has a lot of inconsistencies and quirks. Once you are used to it these things are easy to overcome. And I have had multiple cases open with this issue. Wish there was a way around it. Wish there wasn't a credit hold at all. But when i remove the credit hold, it messes everything else up. I also would like more time allotted per month for issues to be resolved and have it covered. > > they are very helpful when I need it.
