> **Avantages**: The Gift Certificate management system was stellar.
The logs and access to logs of all reports including cancelled appointments and such was helpful.
The ability to upload documents finally was a welcomed addition.

> **Inconvénients**: It seemed dated and any updates were far behind their time compared to any other system.
The lack of intuitiveness for every function was difficult. 
Glitches at times where the entire system was unusable happened more than once a year.
Loss of information as the system upgraded at different times was not frustrating.
Forms not showing the entire information a client typed in was unacceptable.

> We stopped using Massage ManEdger all together due to the out of date technology and negative experiences we had. There were far higher quality products at much lower price points with better functionality which were always improving and work with us to develop the system into something easier to use

> **Avantages**: It had  options to design it for your own preference but not streamlined. I liked the option to be able to link it easily with a website from mindzplay as well.

> **Inconvénients**: Not streamlined, lots of steps to get booking and invoicing done.  Also support team seems uneducated when it comes to problem solving. Takes  a long time to correct issues.
> 
> First time trying online booking and realized what a benefit and time saver it is for our office. Also like the prewritten website which I can personalize.
