Wrike est le logiciel idéal pour la gestion de projets et le suivi des tâches.

Avantages :

La manière simple dont je peux affecter des tâches à moi-même ou à quelqu'un d'autre. La création facile de dossiers pour rassembler les tâches. L'enregistrement et le contrôle du temps.

Inconvénients :

Write possède de nombreuses caractéristiques et je le trouve très bien mais je trouve personnellement que certaines de ces fonctionnalités ne sont pas très utiles. De plus, il est quelquefois lent, ce qui rend souvent la gestion de certains flux de travail difficile. Mais heureusement, ce n'est pas toujours le cas. C'est pourquoi j'aime ce logiciel. En bref, je pense qu'il devrait être plus rapide, il devrait aussi nous permettre de programmer nos articles pour plus tard.

Commentaires : Selon mon experience, Wrike me permet de voir les taches à ma charge, ainsi le progrès réalisé sur un projet.

Avantages :

Les points fort de Wrike, est la possibilité d'allouer du travail, ainsi que rester en contact avec les autre personnes en utilisant la fonction de chat intégrée. Aussi, Wrike dispose d'une équipe d'assistance très complète et utile.

Inconvénients :

Le moins apprécié dans ce logiciel, est que malgrès le tutoriel qui existe dans Wrike, il faut quand meme un peu de temps pour s'habituer à l'interface.

Not user friendly in the sense it's easily understood. I never had formal training with Asana because setting up a project and managing work flow was pretty self explained. You do need a demo on Wrike. There are a lot of settings and a lot of ways to manage a project or workflow. For more basic workflow I would prefer Asana. If you have a very complex project with mutlitple contributors Wrike has a lot of features (too many for me personally)

Wrike Has Reformed Our Team Collaboration

Avantages :

Wrike has greatly increased our efficiency across our teams. Our department has transitioned from a fully in-office team to a fully remote team to a hybrid working environment in just two short years, and thanks to Wrike, our project schedules remained on track no matter in what environment we work. The video onboarding tools built within Wrike helped each team member get started at their own pace, and the onboarding videos themselves are quite engaging and creative. Once established, our team has effectively created a high-functioning workspace in which to manage digital and print production, campaign management, and other organization. Some of our favorite features include the following. - A Gantt chart can be created so that once a task is completed, the assignee of the next task is instantly notified that they can start working on their assigned task. The Gantt chart also automatically adjusts deadlines across all items when a campaign deployment date is updated, saving us time from having to manually update dates for each task within a project. - Calendars provide us with a way to share our email campaign deployment dates company-wide and to assess workload distribution across teams. - Dashboards can be built for personal use or for team use, and customizable widgets mean that the possibilities are endless for dashboard items to display. - Forms can be programmed to use Blueprints to create and map projects/tasks automatically once submitted.

Inconvénients :

We are a small team without a dedicated project manager, and team members are required to manage their own projects. The onboarding process was lengthy, as the tool required our team to think differently about mapping project schedules. For example, if a task is created from a blueprint and the team member doesn't individualize the name of the task, Wrike may assume that the task is the same as others with the same name. Then, that one particular task will live in multiple projects. So, when a team member marks that one task as completed, Wrike will mark it as completed in all projects. This is wonderful if intentional, but it was confusing at first to some who were accustomed to linear project management tools.There are many different ways to set up projects on Wrike, which is a benefit as much as it could potentially be cumbersome. To ensure that our team members had an understanding of where to find things on Wrike and of the expectations for how we wanted to use this project management tool, we established a staff subcommittee to create a quick-reference guide that detailed the organizational structures, processes, or settings that we agreed to as a team. It worked really well for us to have a central document outlining the folder structures and notification settings for our team in addition to the onboarding tools that Wrike provided.

Commentaires : It is a widely tested platform, with many integrations with third parties, which is characterized by fulfilling all the characteristics of an effective project management software, in addition to the analytical part, which is very necessary nowadays, and on the other hand, the intuitive design allows immediate use, without the need to invest time in learning.

Avantages :

Wrike has proven to be highly effective with our engineering staff who need visibility into their work areas, or teams that work remotely and frequently use telecommuting, greatly improving delivery productivity by being clear about scope and requirements, as well as the activities that have to be developed.

Inconvénients :

Wrike offers the possibility of working with default or customized workflows, so project managers can define the way our work team will interact, in order to organize and facilitate the process, as well as being very flexible in generating predefined or custom reports using the report builder that helps us create new reports and update existing ones if necessary.

A novel and appealing tool for our customer installations

Commentaires : It is used for status meetings as well as stakeholder meetings. It is simple to lead edit duties and assess teamwork efforts. It's difficult to conceal in a meeting when the dashboard shows all of your work. It makes jobs easier, smoother, and more convenient, and it saves a significant amount of time and effort in accessing and retrieving data.

Avantages :

Excellent time management tool for staying on top of project deadlines and deliverables. The emails indicate the folder from which they originated as well as simple filing guidelines. The user interface is simple and straightforward. It streamlines a lot of the information I need for my job and makes it easy to communicate it in real-time with a group of people. The platform is simple to use and has few to no flaws. It also allows our team to assist one another when someone is away from the office and work updates are required.

Inconvénients :

Certain statuses cannot be viewed in calendar format. There is no way to override the finished date on tasks, which might mess up a project plan unless you close the job on the day you want it to appear. As previously said, with the exception of a few problems such as the server being down or the platform having downtime, the majority of features are fantastic and handy.

Is Wrike the Right One?

Commentaires : This was supposed to be a project management tool but has turned into another email format. It has become more of an additional email type of reminder versus an actual project management tool It is very frustrating.

Avantages :

It does a really good job reminding you of assigned tasks and sending you emails to update progress and/or project goals etc.

Inconvénients :

It is not easy to navigate the system to identify tasks of a project. It is not very easy to use to organize tasks. The tasks are not in order for you to follow 1-10 for example but it rearranges items out of order and makes it hard to follow and monitor progress.

Intuitive Project Management System

Commentaires : With the aid of Wrike's help portal and chat customer service, I learned a lot in a short period of time. With this application, you may generate databases of important information relevant to specific projects of any data type. Through the usage of its API, you may connect to, communicate to, and receive data from other programs you may already be using.

Avantages :

Using Wrike has helped us keep our teams on the same page when it comes to complicated projects and tasks. It has helped us integrate the product with our agile processes, manage our sprints, and generate bespoke dashboards and reporting. Creating bespoke task lists in Wrike allows me to make sure that every portion of the project is performed correctly and on time by every person that has to complete assignments. This is my favorite feature.

Inconvénients :

There is no way to set task priorities in Wrike's task management software. It is only important for a task to have a high priority setting. Because of this, it is difficult to prioritize all project activities and guide team members on which work should be completed first.

Excellent tool for PM's, Easy to use for non-PM's

Commentaires : This has been a fantastic addition to our Projects Division toolkits, and has been integral in the success of several projects we have run via Wrike. Without this tool we would not have been able to properly organize all of the steps and milestones, and undoubtedly would not have had such success with each project we completed.

Avantages :

We were looking for a full project management suite our PM was focused on a robust tool that met all of the PM standards and requirements. As we reviewed various software suites we found that although many met their needs, they were very difficult to use and understand for non-project oriented staff; this was critical for us many staff are required to interact with the Projects Division as part of their stakeholder and SME roles. We were very happy to see Wrike had a friendly and very usable interface that non-PM focused users could interact with easily.

Inconvénients :

As an admin level user for myself it is very easy to get 'lost' within Wrike, as I have access to all projects, tasks and PM features. Although note that this isn't a fault of the software but rather how we configured our environment and user access.

Alternatives envisagées : Easy Projects, Microsoft Project, OpenProject et Asana

Pourquoi passer à Wrike : Some of these tools did not have time management features, while others were very PM-centric and difficult for end-users to use as a collaboration tool with the Projects team.

Wrike for small businesses

Avantages :

It's flexible and there are multiple ways to look at projects/task depending on how users like to see things. For example as a list, Gantt chart, table or Boards which is really handy as we have designers and programmers who work very differently. The decision to go with Wrike was also skewed by the ability to have external collaborators join the team. The ability to add custom fields makes it easy to add information required. Different views enable tasks to be seen by project, person, folder etc. Being able to track time on each task is also really useful and easy for everyone. New features are being rolled out frequently and Wrike is fast catching up on the areas I thought were lacking initially.

Inconvénients :

The flexibility and customisation makes it a bit confusing to start with, and I also found that the initial set up we had was not optimal. This was the first time we used a Project Management system to this extent, so this may be more of a user error issue. The "CRM" workaround I don't think is worth the trouble. The pricing model is the one that I think lets Wrike down the most. I understand the reason for a minimum of 5 seats, but every increment after this is in 5 seats as well. For a small business, this is a real issue in my view. This is also the case for additional features, many of which are only used by Admin, but are invoiced for each seat.

Wrike is Great for Project-Based Work

Commentaires : Wrike's flowchart displays all activities and includes a comment and recommendation section for each task, making it an excellent communication tool. Wrike makes my job easier, and I love using it since I can customize the interface to my liking. It may be accessed from any web browser, on desktop computers running macOS or Windows, and on mobile devices running Android or iOS.

Avantages :

Wrike has been an indispensable tool for us for a wide range of purposes over the course of several years. As an example of Wrike's usefulness, we were able to move our Change Request process from paper-based Excel spreadsheets to automated, digitally-driven Wrike task lists, complete with reporting. A centralized location was created so everyone could see what updates were open and past due.

Inconvénients :

Some sorts of views might be awkward to alter in some situations. Dates and times may be a pain to establish and modify. Not quick enough for everyday usage across all projects and takes time to manage the to-do list.

Great tool to managing task

Commentaires : We had a great workflow in working a collaboration project with Wrike, all communication is happen in the software and we can ditch the old way of email and other messaging apps. I will recommend small and medium enterprise to jump to this software.

Avantages :

Creating a task and sub-task, assigning task owner and tracking task progress and completion percent of the task. Adding a new user and giving them a ownership and privileges over certain feature is easy. Sharing a resource and document also is an option with this software. Editing the configuration and dashboard layout help me to working with this software faster as i know all the location of my tools.

Inconvénients :

There are new feature introduced to the software, but there are no video tutorial attach with it. I need to study the feature my self and try it for my self. Integration to other service or software is possible, but it comes with additional fee to do it. Other than those two problem, i really like all other feature in this software.

Great system, but tread carefully

Commentaires : Overall good, but some frustrations with the structure of the training. Firstly the training provided is good. Some basic guidance is free. Be careful which training you purchase. You cannot ask about some features during the basic training course, they want you to buy additional more advanced training just to cover those questions you might have.

Avantages :

It's packed with functionality, good collab tool with our internal teams. Task management is excellent. Time management is easy and is exactly in the right place - at the task level. Too many great features to list here.

Inconvénients :

The fact that it's packed with features does make it challenging to deploy. The Wrike are helpful and very friendly but I think the culture within the company is to sales focused. It feels like the Wrike teams are under pressure to sell. This is not an issue with the people you deal with but a top-down approach that feels flawed. You will have to pay if you want training!

Great Project Management Product for Small and Midsize firms

Avantages :

Our company tried other project management tools in the past without much success (lack of adoption). However, wrike was the first tool all of our various departments embraced because it is easy to use, powerful, and can be configured to work the way we do. I can't imagine how we lived without this tool for so long.

Inconvénients :

We have very few complaints about Wrike. We have figured out how to make it do everything we need it to.

Alternatives envisagées : TeamGantt et monday.com

Pourquoi passer à Wrike : We already had an account with Team Gantt but weren't using it much. We looked into new features it offered as well as Monday.com. We thought Wrike offered the best of all worlds for our various departments. We are very happy we made the choice to go with Wrike.
