From the call-in customer service to our SAE (sales account exec), everyone is very helpful and understanding of the issues we face when something doesn't appear to be functioning properly. They do not have an open API, and they generally are un- responsive / outright obstructive when trying to get information to facilitate cross platform data bridges / integrations.
