We explored it's use and it was very expensive to use because of the tax hooks and customization around tax. Very hard to submit invoices to a customer. Was way easier just dealing with the customer before having this middle man delay everything. Would not recommend this or anything like this for any business. Not easy to use. Just another way of making something easier but in the long run it makes it harder for suppliers to get answers and get paid. They make there own deadlines and guide lines and there is nothing you can do about it. > > Overall experience has been a zero star. Wish the companies we do business with would have never switch to transcepta. It just makes everything hard and takes longer. Defiantly not easier. We did a optimization project in 2017 to make Transcepta the only way US \& Canada suppliers submit invoices - today 95% of our invoices come via Transcepta. It's no cost for suppliers to onboard and submit invoices - so they don't mind too. We use limited version of cloud match functionality - works for most situations - some scenarios unique to our company, we complement that with additional code on our integration side. For example, we had two instances where vendor's file submission failed and a couple months passed without the submitting vendor being aware or, the representative team wasn't aware that an incoming file failed in order to help with the communication. > > Representative has leveraged transcepta services for the last 10 years and has developed a great business relationship.
