And by being so easily accessible, I can solve "simple" problems and demonstrate solutions that would have gone unasked and unanswered previously because they wouldn't have justified an on-site service call.  Unlike some other remot-support software I've used in the past, there is never a problem talking a first-time user through the setup process.  My clients love the program almost as much as I do\!

> **Inconvénients**: On rare occasions the Unattended Access doesn't connect, indicating "Customer is offline," even though the remote computer is up and running.  A more descriptive explanation would be helpful, ideally with some troubleshooting procedure.

Instant Housecall allows my IT guy to remotely access my computer and troubleshoot any issues quickly and easily. I didn't have to install anything on my end; just click on a link provided via email by my IT guy and Instant Housecall took care of the rest. It even left a little icon on my desktop so whenever I am having issues, my IT guy is literally one click away. &#10;&#10;Many people use TeamViewer for remote access to computers and I think TeamViewer is great for normal business interactions. Instant Housecall sets itself apart as the best tool for remote technical support. It offers tons of features for IT businesses. My IT guy can remotely run files, reboot my computer in safe mode, he has even completely reformatted my hard drive once remotely.  We can live chat when necessary. If the connection is lost with my IT guy, Instant Housecall automatically reconnects without any action on my part. I can't say enough good about Instant Housecall\!
