Loved that you could run a good number of reports and you could custom create a report if you wanted to. If you don't need a lot of bells and whistles. Support is excellent > > I used Cornerstone for 15 years before switching. I have fond memories of cornerstone. It served me well in those 15 years. Very outdated. Constantly freezes. Not great at syncing with other data (ex: Idexx lab results). Need a physical server in hospital that is very large and crashes sometimes. Cannot access from home. > > It was the biggest struggle for me to learn when I entered this hospital. I've been a part of many types of veterinary software and this is by far the worst. We would reach out for help with it and no real help was every provided. We were using a two different programs in Cornerstone and then a digital treatment sheet which produces a lot of back and forth for the team. I am sure it is coming but Cornerstone integrating or producing its own treatment sheet program would be great. > > I would say overall the experience is positive. It is very easy for appointment scheduling and tracking, analytics and reporting on the back end are very easy to access and customize.
