> **Avantages**: WMS 2017 has an extremely easy to use interface. New users adapt to it very quickly.  The stability of the system is excellent. Downtime is essentially non-existent.

> **Inconvénients**: The latest version of Crystal Reports has eliminated our ability to copy and paste from the reports to Excel. We will need to migrate our custom reports to SSRS.
> 
> We have made significant gains in service levels and productivity. We are very happy with this product.

> **Avantages**: The product is very straight forward to use and is relatively intuitive.  Having voice and LMS fully integrated with the software has simplified our management of the system and allows us to focus on warehousing.

> **Inconvénients**: Our ability to warehouse the data and data mine directly on historic data (older than a few months) is the greatest weakest of this system.
> 
> We don't shut down for inventories any more.  Picking productivity is up over 20%.  Order accuracy and completeness have improved substantially.
