> My account was hacked and the hacker blocked my IP address. It took SendGrid support 3 day to get back to me. I still don't have access to my account.

> **Avantages**: The ability to format emails and build automations was straightforward for our simple use case. We used the API capability to sync our contacts and basic marketing automation.

> **Inconvénients**: We have a low volume, simple use case. Suddenly they change their pricing and require that we pay $60/mo to send our ~50 emails per month\! Unsustainable of course, and after we heavily invested to build the API integration, it was as you'd expect an unfortunate turn of events that left us high and dry.

> We were happy users for years. Then the email about pricing changes - a whopping $60/mo minimum because we used basic marketing automation (a welcome email when users sign up). I wasn't able to completely refactor the integration before the cutoff, so now I have no automation and they deleted all my contacts and my templates, so I get to rebuild ALL of that from scratch. Awesome\!

> My experience has been ok but not great. I’ve run into bugs that the support team hasn’t been able to help with and often feel limited by the automation capabilities.
