The customer support representative from cookie-script responds approximately once every four days, which is extremely poor service. Due to these delayed responses, our trial for the PLUS plan expired, and now we can’t continue testing because cross-domain consent only works on the PLUS plan. So this is a total mess, and now we’re stuck. Customer support is unresponsive, and I can’t pay for a monthly PLUS plan since they only allow an annual subscription – but I’m not going to buy it if I don’t even know whether their cross-domain consent solution actually works.
