> **Avantages**: TesFit allows us to evaluate numerous options in real-time with our clients.  It creates an opportunity to allow our clients to be part of the design process.

> **Inconvénients**: There are certain limitations presently that are being worked on as we speak.  Parking types combined, flexibility in manual locations of units and amenity spaces.

> TestFit has been a game-changer for RBA.  To be able to evaluate potential sites in real-time and provide feedback to clients within days, not weeks has been invaluable.  being able to do a deep dive into a concept quickly and efficiently allows our team to create better quality and more efficient designs for our clients.

> **Avantages**: Testfit is great for high-level density studies. This is a great tool to get an understanding on what a realistic expectation on a site would be. Having a visual representation of a building is not only a great way to understand a specific site, but also build on my conceptual knowledge.

> **Inconvénients**: While Testfit is great in many ways, there are some minor glitches/crashes (which have gotten noticeably less prominent over the last few months). There are always feature additions that could be helpful, and Testfit has done a great job at adapting to demands, and making existing processes better.
> 
> I have had a great experience using Testfit and it has drastically shortened my learning curve, as I am beginning my career in development.

> **Avantages**: The ability to generate multiple site plans very efficiency and quantify unit counts, mix, load factor, and parking is extremely useful.
> 
> **Inconvénients**: The software can have difficulty creating floor plans for small urban sites with unique lot sizes. In these cases we will manually generate the floor plans.
> 
> We reviewed the software several years ago and at that time it was not robust enough. I'm very impressed with the major upgrades made the last year. Those changes have made the software a great choice for predevelopment design.
