I thought I cancelled my subscription a year ago, but then realised that they have been quite charging my card every month. I've tried to cancel it again and almost fell for the same trap - their flow is designed in a way that's they trick you to staying on the platform, i.e you think you canceled but if you are not careful you actually end up staying. Do not recommend at all. I asked for a full refund, they declined it.
