> **Avantages**: That courses and tracking of completion is all under one program.

> **Inconvénients**: Not the simplest to download a new course or even update the program without having to connect with support and time difference and response is delayed.  Lots of "unknown" issues where support will need to take a look but no explanation as to why things happen, to prevent or how to troubleshoot on your own.  Setting up course or understanding the program is not intuitive.  The new courses that are part of Friedman's does not seem aligned with current times, referring to salespeople as he, him, etc some even still translated in Spanish vs English, the feedback was provided to our account rep.

> It has been ok to maintain but not easy when it comes to course, response times, etc as mentioned above.
