The system is set up to help guide you through set up of vendors, authorization matrices, and connects with Microsoft Teams for notifications of approvals or actions needed. > > **Inconvénients**: The New vendor functionality went down worldwide for the zip platform and the only way we could add new vendors was to email our account representative for about 2 months. It was painful and they didn't have a solution in place fast enough. I also find the approval workflow routing isn't configured properly and often, approvals are asked of the wrong individual. We also find data is often changed when transmitted to our accounting system (e.g. bank account numbers were entered complete in Zip, but Zip transferred only 5 digits to our accounting system. Zip representatives couldn't tell us why. > > I think for companies first implementing a procurement software, this is a decent solution. However, this system has a lot of issues with overall functionality that still need to fix.
