> Our biggest hurdle is missing data which doesn't happen often and it can be due to older cell phones, poor signal strength, etc, but beyond this issue, Upper has continued to add features to make it one of the best driver software apps out there.  Our customers want POD an Upper provides this with up to 5 photos\!

> **Inconvénients**: Sometimes it randomly changes routes and it’s not efficient at all and makes no sense why there was a change when no stops have changed. It also doesn’t always show the address properly and takes us to an entirely wrong area.
