As for the strategies we have laid down to control and get the touch of the market, using beneficial softwares is one them. The key area I as the president give the first priority is the fight against misconduct. MyCM brought the meaning of liberty to us. I easily monitor compliance and misconduct reports at hand quickly and timely. It is quite easy to use and has a very easy to customize dashboard.

> **Inconvénients**: MyCM is good to go. Easy deployment and simple set up. I have not faced any major challenges using it so far. Thanks to the help desk which is hyper active to sort issues as soon as they arise.

> **Avantages**: Overall, we are able to customize the system in order to pull out the data that we need for reports, trending, etc.  I like that we are able to add our own compliance cases manually so that we can store hotline calls and other cases in one system.

> **Inconvénients**: The software gets the job done, but it has some quirks with characters, spacing, etc.   The system doesn't have spell check, so I use an auxiliary product to help with editing.
> 
> The customer support is very good and we get quick responses from the team.  They are always willing to take a look at our suggestions and reqeusts.
