Social Hour provided exactly what we needed: the ability to stream -in full screen- all of the content, a platform that was open and friendly to design and branding for artists and creatives, accessibility options that made the event more accessible to the hard of hearing, and unmatched live-help for attendees who were having a difficult time accessing the platform. The Social Hour team was also accessible in problem-solving tech issues before the event, during the event, and debriefed with us after the event. I'm very much looking forward to planning another showcase on this platform\! > > **Inconvénients**: The only bit about this platform is that it's not currently particularly very mobile friendly. I find this to make it easier for anyone to join and host an event. The customer service was also amazing\! Even on the day of the event, we got fast and detailed replies. > > **Inconvénients**: When connected to a company VPN, users are unable to attend and/or experience all the features. Most notably users could not turn on their camera and mic. While some companies may be able to allow Social Hour on their VPN, some may not which may force users to join from their personal computer which may not always be possible if they are on-site and cannot disconnect from the company VPN. > > Overall, I thought Social Hour was a great tool\!
