> **Avantages**: While planning for a live streaming of a short-film showcase and a Q\&amp;A panel with all artists involved, I was looking for a platform that could cater to different creative approaches to design of an online event to match the sort of vibe in which we wanted our audience members to be immersed. Social Hour provided exactly what we needed: the ability to stream -in full screen- all of the content, a platform that was open and friendly to design and branding for artists and creatives, accessibility options that made the event more accessible to the hard of hearing, and unmatched live-help for attendees who were having a difficult time accessing the platform. The Social Hour team was also accessible in problem-solving tech issues before the event, during the event, and debriefed with us after the event. I'm very much looking forward to planning another showcase on this platform\!

> **Inconvénients**: The only bit about this platform is that it's not currently particularly very mobile friendly. But I know that the team is working hard to make it more accessible for attendees who want to access an event on their mobile devices and could foresee this issue being resolved in the future.

> **Avantages**: Social Hour is easy to use and requires no seperate installation since it is browser-based. I find this to make it easier for anyone to join and host an event. The customer service was also amazing\! Even on the day of the event, we got fast and detailed replies.

> **Inconvénients**: When connected to a company VPN, users are unable to attend and/or experience all the features. Most notably users could not turn on their camera and mic. While some companies may be able to allow Social Hour on their VPN, some may not which may force users to join from their personal computer which may not always be possible if they are on-site and cannot disconnect from the company VPN.
> 
> Overall, I thought Social Hour was a great tool\! It's much better than Teams and WebEx and is simple and easy to set up.

How the staff is open minded to your needs, and uses that to incorporate tools for you.&#10;&#10;Also, the easefulness of creating hybrid, lounges, and stages is great. As a creative, it is exciting to have a sophisticated platform that incorporates customizable design. For my clients and events, I love being able to be innovative in how to blend the tools for different events.

These reps supported us through giving us a "tour" of all the features, asking the right questions to find out what we needed, customize a package for us, write the contract, check-ins through the prep stages, and were even there for our event to assure  a smooth event and assist in any technical issues along the way.  Thank you \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] \!  You three were instrumental through the process.
