> **Avantages**: Easy to use and economical for our needs.  I had researched quite a few other companies offering a similar service but they failed short on exactly what we needed for our international callers travelling in Japan. Great quick customer service replies when needed.

> **Inconvénients**: One of the only affordable options I could find for our very specific needs.  Any time we had a question or needed assistance their team was quick to respond and assist.

> Great easy to use service, helpful staff.  Definitely plan to use them again this coming season (for our in-resort customer calls).

> **Avantages**: The outbound calls made were made without issues. Audios are crisp and clear. Simple interface and easy to use, no fancy and complicated feature.

> **Inconvénients**: Some basic features such as inbound , recordings incurred fees not to mentioned the outbound quotas which charges once exceeded.

> Overall it is a useful business phone system that serve the outbound call purpose. Integration didn't help much as there wasn't any place to record a call log after a call; I have to clicked the log call manual to do that. It is a good basic phone system for basic user who seeks for simple function of calling.
