> **Avantages**: VatPay not only has very effective tools for team collaboration like projects and time tracking, but also has great reporting tools as well.  The platform also has built-in billing and invoicing tools. This is the first end-to-end platform for managing your projects, converting billable hours into invoices and paying your independent contractors all in one spot. The application is highly intuitive and very user friendly and I strongly recommend it to all SMEs.

> **Inconvénients**: The project billing part of the application is good. It would be nice to have a scheduling system to book appointments with clients and capture them as part of the project artifacts.

> This is a perfect solution for small and mid-sized enterprises looking for  end-to-end project billing software that enhance collaboration. > **Avantages**: I just had a zoom meeting with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] \&, oh boy, it was scheduled for a 30 minutes meeting but it last 1 hour: he took his time to show me all the features I didn't knew about.

> **Inconvénients**: There's no negative comment to say about this because, they ask for feedback, in order to correct potential issues, and their adding new features according to what customer tell them
> 
> I was already happy to grab this software in the first place. But during the meeting with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], all the case scenarios I submit to him, he showed me how to solve these: for example how to make a business proposal using "estimate" feature, or how to copy/paste the link of an invoice into the browser so the client can process a purchase using credit card or Stripe or PayPal \& much more... There's even new features like project management that we didn't even have enough time to talk about, but I will play around to discover it. And if I'm stuck \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] told me to reach out to him for help or feed back. To wrap this up: go grab your Vatpay subscription, this software tool is intuitive; simple of use; nice UI \& UX; very versatile \& complete as a Swiss knife, you won't regret it \! > **Avantages**: It seemed like it was was going to be a comprehensive solution...it was just window dressing.

> **Inconvénients**: 1) didn't function correctly 2) undid my settings 3) the system overwrote random categories every time I tried to edit one 4) glitchy 5) had difficult time connecting the payment processor that they recommended 6) after wasting 30+ days of my time trying to get it to work they wouldn't give me a refund.

> It was glitchy, it didn't function correctly, it would undo transactions or settings I put into place, I couldn't connect the app to their own payment processor (WePay by Chase) and they had a difficult time doing so as well. When I finally decided to go a different direction out of frustration with trying to get their program to work, I requested a refund. Guess what, they have a 30 day refund policy and I was a couple of days too late requesting the refund, never mind the fact that I spent 30+ days of my time trying to get their crappy software to function as advertised, that's irrelevant, they won't give me a penny back.
