Donc allez y pour le blanchiment d'argent ou la vente d'arme, il n'y a pas mieux . They will punish you for an app that you trying to purchase from, having a glitch, then they put your purchase power down and make you pay more upfront, instead of 4 equal payments. Even though, you have never had issues making payments, and shop with them a lot, they don't care. They don't value their customers or their satisfaction at all. Customer service is useless, sorry but they are, always overseas representatives, who can do absolutely nothing to help you with your issues. Asked to speak to a manager over a month ago, and still have not heard back. Tried purchasing from Walmart, Walmart has a your message saying the time of delivery alot was taken, so it forced me to go back and checkout again. They charged my card twice, I got my money back though from Walmart, Walmart is great, but Klarna now is punishing me, put my purchase power down and makes me pay almost 3/4 of the amount of purchase upfront. Kind of defeats the purpose of the Klarna app doesn't it. So Walmart was having a glitch on their app, and Klarna is punishing me for it. Will never use this stupid app again, will pay what I owe and then never use them again.
