Avantages :

Connectivity with EasyPost (for US) and Sendcloud (for Europe). Also Chatsupport is amazing

Inconvénients :

they don't have a ticketsystem with developer issues

Best value for money for any brand looking for a returns portal

Avantages :

It's very easy to use on the front end, where our customers are able to easily access their order and choose the item they would like to return along with the reason for the return. Our customers have been very happy with the easiness of the process and user interface. On the backend it's also very easy to use and only requires 3 steps for every single return, saving us time. The best part is that is costs around 80% less than other return solutions which is great for companies that don't have a high volume of returns and aren't looking to spend hundreds of dollars every month on a high quality returns app.

Inconvénients :

Can only be done from desktop computer, not mobile. That would be my only suggestion/

Many functions and features!

Commentaires : You need to be an expert and quite smart in setting this app up. If not, the team is always there to help you out and assist you in the process.

Avantages :

The app has a very detailed return reasoning system, where you can define outcomes based on SKU, price, country, product line code, you name it. You can set different prices, different charges, block certain products or customers etc. The team is still very responsive and does actually solve issues for me. Before I chose for this app, I had meetings with 10+ other apps to see if they have the functionality I need. ReturnGO had all of them for a reasonable price compared to some of the others. If you are not doing many returns they offer an affordable plan where you can still get some extra features for add-on prices.

Inconvénients :

This ultimate flexibility in terms of setting the return policies does make the app very complex to setup. Especially if you are dealing with multiple prices for different countries. It would have made my life a lot easier if it was possible to set up a general policy that would overrule all policies. And it would also be a big improvement to be able to set the different pricing at a country level. I would therefore set the ease of implementation at an expert level. I had a hard time integrating my carrier contracts. But the team did a great job in creating a custom integration with sendcloud for me.

Avantages :

Great features and more importantly supported with quick and knowledgable service. Easy to set up and easy for customers to use and understand. The exchange system is amazing.

Inconvénients :

Nothing bad to say really. Maybe it's not the cheapest out there, but it is a very good value for the money

Avantages :

ReturnGo has significantly improved our return management. The user-friendly interface and automation features save us time and reduce errors. Our customers love the seamless self-service return portal, enhancing their overall experience. Detailed analytics provide valuable insights, and the customizable return policies fit our business needs perfectly. The integration with our existing systems is smooth, and the support team is responsive and helpful. Overall, ReturnGo offers excellent value for money and has made our return process more efficient and customer-friendly.

Inconvénients :

While ReturnGo is great, there are a few drawbacks: Slight learning curve for advanced features. Customization options for the return portal are somewhat limited. Pricing for higher-tier plans isn't very transparent. Lack of a dedicated mobile app for managing returns. Overall, these issues are minor compared to the benefits ReturnGo offers.

Avantages :

We have been using return go since it's inception days & mind you, the product has evolved above and beyond over these years. We handle roughly around 10-15% of our order processed through our return portal via RG & the integration works seamlessly.

Inconvénients :

Haven't experienced a single CON, the moment we intimate the team, they identify and fix it immediately. Making them the most proactive support system.

Commentaires : Everything is fine and if there has ever been a problem it has been solved, we have written a few cases to support that have even been taken to the app developers.

Avantages :

Easy to use, simple to set up and if there are any problems they have a customer service team that responds in less than 1 minute.

Inconvénients :

A specific configuration of a gift return, but it is unique to our shop.

Avantages :

We've been using it for over a year and love it. Easy for customers to use and is constantly adding features. Customer service was helpful in getting us set up so it made implementation easy. Integrates well with Shopify.

Inconvénients :

Can't process returns from the adim but they are adding this feature soon.

Inconvénients :

One thing that was recently fixed was being able to reactivate a closed return. The only thing i'd like to see now which is probably available in different subscriptions is changing a return to an exchange and vice versa.
