It's great that it's possible to invoice directly from the platform in any currency and any type of contract, be it for a set amount of hours or for monthly payments. And the support is top-notch - the support team is always super helpful and gets back to you quickly, which is crucial when you are landing a client as a freelancer/consultant. The best thing, though, is that there's a great professional conduct among the freelancers on the platform\! It's not like fiverr or upwork where everyone is trying to underbid each other so you end up selling your services at an absurdly low price. The consultants and freelancers here keep their salary expectations and hourly pricing realistic and fair.
