customer service- available team when needed

It will only be a site where we store documents and summary of investments but it will not replace or help with any of our reporting files

> **Avantages**: We use Yardi for property management and accounting, so it integrates seamlessly with those two systems. Reporting on our pipeline through the portal is very helpful and document storage and distribution works great. Managing commitments and investment transactions is pretty straight forward and easy to edit if needed.

> **Inconvénients**: It's definitely not as good-looking and more clunky than some other investment management software. And customer support turnaround times can be days or weeks.

> **Avantages**: Once everything is set up, it greatly reduces the amount of work needed on a quarterly basis.  Accruals and distributions are now calculated with Investment Manager and can be run in much less time.  We were also able to automate the report that goes to our investors quarterly, saving days of work each quarter.

> **Inconvénients**: The transfer function is clunky and not very intuitive to use.
> 
> Overall, we've had a great experience with Investment Manager.  I'm able to complete our quarterly reporting in 2-3 days by myself.  Before Investment Manager, it would take 2-3 people 2 weeks to do.

> **Inconvénients**: There is always a lag with the data or upgrades.  When we email out to investors, there is a hiccup and it takes a really long time to send out monthly correspondence for all 200+ emails. Seems that the testing done for the product is done thoroughly when upgrades or was initially rolled out.
