> **Avantages**: It is Rock Solid Reliable.  I am the sole IT person at this site.  I have never been called in due to a SIMS III software-related issue.   I have worked with SIMS for 11 years and counting.
> 
> **Inconvénients**: My Only Wish is that the server software was a service rather than the need to log in and start the sims application.  We have had a couple of extended power outages that temporarily shut down the server.  This did require me to come in to start the application.  This would be better if the server could become operational without administrator/user intervention.

> Overall,  Awesome Experience.  Great, reliable product.

> **Inconvénients**: Not being able to copy an entire contact list into another account all at once. Instead of copying 1 person at a time, it would be useful to be able to copy the entire contact list all at once as I have multiple accounts that have the exact same contact list.
