I've always had issues taking notes during and after my coaching sessions. I would start a session without having the "right" notebook nearby and wind up jotting some illegible notes on a scrap of paper or in one of my five or so active notebooks. Then, of course, I would have trouble finding those notes the next time I had to meet with that client. I also tended to rely on my memory to remember the homework I assigned to a particular client or rely on the client's notes. Sometimes it worked, sometimes not. I've recently been taking on more and more clients and I knew that this "system" was headed for failure. Then someone recommended ClientFol.io. It is exactly what I was looking for. It gives me a place to write my notes AND to jot down the assignments that I give my clients. I recently discovered how I can have both my Zoom window and my ClientFol.io window viewable at the same time so I can type while I look at my client. Perfection\! I just had a coaching session where I was able to share screen and show them the assignments from last time which was great at helping the session stay focused. > > **Inconvénients**: No real cons at all\! Only thing I might want to see added is integration with my scheduling app (Acuity) So that I could schedule a future session from ClientFol.io and have it integrate with my Acuity schedule. Knowing nothing about software, I have no idea if this is at all possible. But it would just be icing on the cake. A couple of colleagues of mine were concerned about possible security/confidentiality issues around their client's information. I don't have that issue really. > > It is super intuitive to use. Well laid out. I like the fact that you can add your own accountability questions and that it provides some other accountability questions that you can share. Also, love the fact that you can include the ZOOM link and that the email that gets sent to the client right after the session has my logo up top and looks super clean and professional. A client just wrote that these notes "were a gift" Also love \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] customer service and willingness to elicit feedback and act on it. So love everything so far\! I believe that this platform will take my coaching practice to a new level\!
