The dashboard is also relevant as it informs you the number of users and which users have not logged in for a while.

> **Inconvénients**: Many times, they have implemented the suggestions quite rapidly after informing the team about it. For example, tilr created a search functionality to search for all available courses.

> **Inconvénients**: I wish there was a way to promote the Mentorship program more. Although I understand it in theory, I feel that there is something lacking and believe that Tilr needs to revamp or add something to make Mentorship a more admirable option for different employees.
