> **Avantages**: The software is very easy to get the hang of and also quick to enter training plans into allowing the coach to spend more time focusing on the training and less time on administration.

> **Inconvénients**: Some of the features are a little hidden but it is developing all the time and this is improving.

> I have found this speeds up my ability to enter training plans and my clients find it easy to use.  I particularly like the ease with which feedback can be left on the workouts by the client and the speed and ease with which I can respond.

- Easy to use interface
- integration with Garmin that just works without issues most of the time, like 1 minor incident (double entries) in 1 year of use.
- good communication with coach features (notes, message boards, feedback in training sessions)

- better statistics (form, freshness, fitness etc.) could be nice for us stats nerds - although they are in the background they are not exposed to the user only to the coach
- rolling out new features more often - not actually something I have an issue with, but everyone likes new toys :)

> Very nice tool, makes my life extremely easier because adding manually 8-10 training sessions per week to my watch would be training for a 4rd sport in and on by itself. The team behind it, supports it fully and I hope they continue working on it and making it better. Good platform to communicate with coach.
