Brokers, we must have up-to-date info to educate clients and provide them with options. This tool is helping to bridge the gaps, saving our teams time by having the information in one place and keeping phone calls into the company queues to a minimum. Constant improvements are delivered.

Having to spend the time to send over all of the documents takes time during our busy days. Our goal with this product all along has been a one-stop shop for all of our Personal Lines products. One big con is not having all insurance companies understand that this is the tool we need to be professional leaders to sell their products by having their latest updates at our fingertips.
