> **Inconvénients**: It does not intergrade with 3rd party software well and anything you need to customize for your business costs a ton extra. Just to import "Ordered By" from our website into DDI's field was going to cost $1000.00 
To create a different size label for the "Print Product Labels" was $300.00
It is overpriced for the help you receive and the training on the software was miniscule at best.

> **Inconvénients**: The lack of mobile/remote access has been a challenge.  Loggin in through a 3rd party software is an extra step that has created challenges for our sales staff that prefer to enter orders themselves after hours.  I was very happy to learn that Inform Mobile is coming\!
