It helps you send invoices as well as get paid in your local currency so you don't have to deal with the hassle of bank remittances and all the additional formalities that come with it. I've extensively used Veem to bill one of my clients and the experience has been good. It has all the basic use-cases covered. Every interaction required unnecessary waiting, and no one provided a clear explanation or timely resolution. > > My experience with Veem was awful from start to finish. The payment was sent on June 18 and took 3–4 business days just to appear in my Veem account. When the funds were transferred to my bank, the transaction failed and the money was returned to the sender. Despite the transfer never being completed, I was still charged approximately USD $30 in fees. The worst part was dealing with customer support. Instead of receiving meaningful assistance, I repeatedly received generic automated responses that failed to answer my questions. After waiting for weeks, on July 3 I was informed that my case had been escalated and that the investigation could take an additional 3 to 21 business days. After already waiting since June 18, asking customers to wait several more weeks for a resolution is simply unacceptable. Veem promotes itself as an international payment platform, but my experience was the opposite of reliable. Slow processing, poor communication, and ineffective customer service made what should have been a simple payment an unnecessarily frustrating experience. This was my first and last time using Veem. I would not recommend this platform to anyone looking for a reliable international payment service. ----- ### "Avoid Veem: They withhold funds and ignore escalations. A technical error on their end resulted in a multi-day payment delay. Because I could not access my funds, I was unable to afford transportation to my workplace and subsequently lost my job. Despite explaining the severity of the situation, Veem’s support team provided scripted responses and then went completely silent. They have failed to provide a tracking number to my bank, and I have been forced to escalate this to the CFPB and the BBB.
