This is very important for us, as it gets very chaotic when we need to contact different vendors for different surveys. Working with one survey provider that knows all your needs comes with benefits such as suggestions from their side on creative survey ideas. Also, I think it is a must to mention Poltio’s team. They are very dedicated, proactive and responsive. We really feel like we are part of the same team. Moreover, they recently renewed their platform and I can say that the new platform has really eased our way around. > > **Inconvénients**: We didn’t encounter any notable problems with the platform. We are satisfied with the service we obtain. One thing that is worth mentioning is that the platform doesn’t allow for multiple logins through a single account.
