> **Inconvénients**: We've had a few instances for whatever reason that the script confirms it's active, but then we find out data is not coming in and we have to close the container and start over.
> 
> We use clarity on our own, plus every client website we work with. Being able to view each websites heat mapping to help from a CRO perspective has brought a ton of new insight to our analytics.
