I've started using it because I felt the need to automate my print marketing campaigns. After publishing a gallery online it was pointless to just leave the images there to gather digital dust. Enter Pic-Time, with stunning graphics, well though out copywriting and automated campaigns for every.single.possible type of event a photographer could market for: birthday gifting, anniversary, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas/Holidays, whatever you want it's there. And if it's not, the tools are there so you can custom build it in less time than it took me to write this review\!\! Probably one of the most important things about Pic-Time is the attention given to the community of creators and users, through their Facebook group. The owners are incredibly involved with the group, they listen, they always, ALWAYS help and take suggestions into account. I believe this is how their company has grown so incredibly well and they've been able to add more services like the Art Store and Slideshows, because they look at community feedback and take action. > > **Inconvénients**: I wish self fulfilled shipping options would be a little easier to figure out/calculate. The software helps to an extend, but there is still a bit of work involved. However Pic-Time shines in lab fulfillment itself, and self fulfillment is just an option. Also adding products for self fulfill should be a bit more streamlined. Alas, minor inconveniences. > > In the 3 years that I've used Pic-Time, my print sales have grown by leaps and bounds. I don't have to think about my print marketing. If the galleries are there, and clients + their guests are there to see them, I already have the solid base that needs to be nurtured. That's where Pic-Time comes in and makes the job just seamless, both on my end and the customers' end. When uploading a large quantity of photos, certain files might not show up afterwards. For my all-inclusive clients, it makes it so EASY to deliver digital downloads to them, and is especially great for my extended family shoots and biz/branding shoots where lots of different people need access. I've also started using the "early bird sale" app to automatically offer these clients a discount off of prints/products in my store if purchased within one week of seeing their gallery. In the past, most clients never ordered through me. Now, I'm making extra $$ most times\!\! And with my store set up with my favorite labs, the orders are placed automatically and I don't have to do ANY extra work to get that extra cash\! > > **Inconvénients**: It's time consuming to set up, and also a bit complicated.
