> **Avantages**: What I like most about ConnectWise RMM is the simplicity of the web page to manage the devices. It is easily accessed via any browser and is pretty intuitive to use.

> **Inconvénients**: What I like least about ConnectWise RMM is that the product is still very much under development. That is both a good and a bad thing because stuff gets added regularly but some features that Automate RMM had are still lacking.

> **Inconvénients**: Not enough 3rd-party patching software within the tool.  We ultimately need a way to ensure all of our software is patched and up to date.  Many other tools use the winget repository to get tertiary items updated.

- CW is trying to be everything in one app - while some features are good, some are awful.
We couldn't make it work with our network drives. 
- CW support is disappointing most of the time

> With all the cons CW is still one of the best remote access tools I have worked in my life. Cons could be inconvenient but overall I still love this product

> **Avantages**: As a ticketing system this works great. As a sales management software, it is challenging. Our tech team uses this daily with good success and follow ups are easily handled. I work on the sales/solutions side and so far, this has not been that great of an experience. We use the ticketing for customer requests but aside from that, it doesn't help me in my day to day with organizing clients and setting tasks

> **Inconvénients**: I really don't have anything negative to offer other than the fact that I would like to have a tool in RMM that would help me organize clients and create tasks.

> Up to now, this has been a great tool for our team with good success on ticket generation and monitoring what is going on in a client's environment. We will be continuing to use RMM for a long time to come
