> **Inconvénients**: I didn’t like that some availability displays weren’t always accurate, we had a few misbookings. A couple of mobile interface bits felt a little clunky compared to desktop.

> Overall, Tactic gave us the core booking workflow we needed with minimal errors. For what it is, desk and room booking, it did the job well, might need more for complex scheduling but we were covered.

> Overall, the Tactic app works fine when used correctly and without any performance issues like delays or lags in the web browser. However, any technical setbacks, such as slow loading times, can significantly disrupt the user experience. Additionally, having to log in twice only adds to the delays, making the process feel more cumbersome than necessary.
