> **Inconvénients**: Integration for a service company with multiple clients and our own unique numbering structure was a little tricky but we were able to get it to work. The system has workarounds for most requirements, just takes some time to flesh them out.

> Great experience overall, greater efficiency, less errors, less stress on instrument technicians.
