> **Avantages**: Haystack is user-friendly and easy to Navigate. Since our company migrated to Haystack from a different intranet tool, we've had better employee engagement. Implementation and onboarding was super slick. Usually onboarding new tool can be faced with a lot of pushback, but with Haystack, everyone at our company was delighted by the experience. We really enjoy how the tool is easy to search and promotes community.

> **Inconvénients**: With any tool like this, ease of branding can become an issue. There were a lot of moving pieces here to keep the look and feel on brand for our company, but in the end we achieved a much better Intranet experience.
