> **Avantages**: SalesVista has everyone working off the same data - no more need for reps to maintain a separate account of  their pending sales - if the sale has been recorded, it is visible to all in SalesVista.  The app is easy to navigate  and interact with - a great feature is the inquiry where reps can raise questions before an item is paid.

> **Inconvénients**: Need more advanced filter options (i.e. custom ranges, not equal to).
> 
> Our implementation was challenging and long because we were implementing Salesforce and re-defining processes at the same time.  The SalesVista implementation team was great to work with - very knowledgeable\!  They provided valuable direction and re-worked our data feeds a few times due to changes on the Salesforce side.
