> **Avantages**: Very little to highlight. They are very good at selling their product, all the hype no show. They will not stop taking money out of your account even after numerous emails to stop subscription well in advance before your 12 months are up.

Cancellation requests not actioned

Continued billing despite clear instructions

The service delivered did not match what was promised, and attempts to cancel the subscription were not properly handled, resulting in ongoing charges.

We have now escalated this matter to QCAT.

Based on our experience, I recommend keeping away from this business.
