> **Avantages**: The ease to set up and the workflow management of the CRM is very user friendly. It’s super easy to set up automations and any question I had I could do a quick Google search and an easy to follow tutorial was available.

Although mi day is very well pricing and we absolutely are getting the best value for our money, there are requirements to level up plan subscriptions in order to get all the needed benefits for the platform. Well worth it\!

> Overall, I enjoy monday because of the ease of use, but also the general capabilities for a small business make it an efficient and. Way effective means to quickly set up my organization. Prior to setting up the CRM for our team, they were using spreadsheets and making lists to organize their clients and leads.
