> **Avantages**: I particularly appreciated the centralisation of all board documents in one place, which makes preparation and follow-up much more efficient and reduces the risk of working with outdated versions. The notetaker feature is also very valuable, as it captures the discussion in real time and helps structure the minutes, saving time after the meeting and ensuring key points are not lost.

> **Inconvénients**: That the tool only starts when the Teams link goes live (which causes issues if the meeting starts/ends earlier or later than planned), that it doesn’t yet follow our internal board minutes format, and that it sends notifications for every small change once the board pack has been published.
> 
> Overall, my experience with Govrn has been positive. The platform offers useful features, it's very inuitive, especially the document centralisation which genuinely help streamline board preparation and follow-up.

There are still a few elements to improve for a smoother workflow, but the tool shows strong potential and is already valuable in our daily governance processes.
