> As a basic RMM that doesn’t break the bank, Resolve works well. If you want or need more features, you may want a more robust option.

> **Inconvénients**: Updating or uninstalling the previous version using the Control Panel is required before re-establishing a remote connection to a previously linked device. Recently, this issue has become increasingly challenging, and after months of attempting to rectify it, we've decided to look into other remote support software.
