We can't locate a system that actually tracks usage and reservations of instructors, rooms and equipment so that you can't double book. We also haven't found a system that easily does all types of training - Self Paced, Video, Virtual Instructor led scheduled training, and Classroom deliveries. They say they do, but when you drill down they use a 2nd vendor that is an additional fee and a huge addition of complexity. One non PC thing would be the staff. One of the other items that was huge for me is they are english as a first language and their support is as well. Being trained by a non native speaker is difficult and some companies no longer offer that or support. We also maintain calls with them to insure our proficiency and growth. They don't hand off after install / configuration and then you never speak to them again. They work with you to help solve problems as they come up and more importantly work as a Partner to move into the future. They probably get tired of our questions but they never ever show it.
