> **Inconvénients**: I paid for technical setup and support for a hybrid meeting.  I have never seen such unprofessional service at a meeting. The "tech" brought a sheet and a flimsy PVC frame to project our meeting. My Regional and I had to hold the PVC frame on each side because it wouldn't even stand on its own.  The PVC frame was not correctly set up. The pieces of frame at the top were not connected so the whole "sheet" setup was folded.  The tech was late, did not arrive until 15 minutes before the meeting start, and the setup wasn't complete until well after our meeting started.  The sheet was dirty.   I expected CondoVoter to bring a real projector screen.  One of my residents commented that he hadn't seen a projection onto a sheet since he was a kid.  It was frankly an embarrassment.

> **Inconvénients**: Having to do the unit factor checkin for quorum myself.  That's about the only thing that I didn't like.

> Our AGM was handled well.  Our Chair and Assistant kept the meeting going, leading where appropriate for motions and process.  Went very smoothly and professionally.
